With two young kids (ages 3 and 1) and deep roots in the community, Idaho has always been home—and always will be.
We’re passionate about the outdoors and the lifestyle that comes with it. Whether it’s hiking, camping, hunting, swimming, or snowmobiling, we take full advantage of all four seasons in this incredible place we get to call home. That deep appreciation for Idaho living is what fuels our commitment to helping others plant their roots here, too.
Chandler specializes in working with investors on property flips and management, while Eastin keeps everything organized and running smoothly on the clerical side—all while raising our little ones. As partners in both life and work, we’re hands-on, approachable, and truly here to help.
